Azerbaijan is a candidate country to the UNESCO Executive Board

The 41st session of the UNESCO General Conference will be held on 9-24 November 2021. The session will mark the 75th anniversary of UNESCO. In this regard, the heads of states and governments will attend in a special anniversary event on November 12, 2021. Elections to the 2021-2025 UNESCO Executive Board will be held within the framework of the General Conference, and Azerbaijan is a candidate country in those elections.
