A solo exhibition of the Azerbaijani People's Artist Arif Huseynov has opened in Budapest

On May 27, with the support of the National Commission for UNESCO, the Embassy of Azerbaijan in Hungary, and the organization of the Azerbaijan-Hungary Friendship Society, a solo exhibition of the Azerbaijani People's Artist Arif Huseynov opened at the Yunus Emre Institute in Budapest.

AZERTAC reports that Azerbaijani Ambassador to Hungary Tahir Tagizada, opening the event with a keynote speech, informed the participants about the successful cooperation between Azerbaijan and Hungary in the field of culture.

In their speeches, the painter Arif Huseynov and the Honored Art Worker Ziyadkhan Aliyev discussed Azerbaijan's rich culture and the history of cultural relations between the two countries.

During the event, a documentary film titled "Qarabağnama," based on the works of Arif Huseynov, was also screened.

Representatives of the diplomatic corps accredited in Hungary, including the heads of diplomatic missions of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, as well as representatives from the media, cultural circles, and the Azerbaijani diaspora in Hungary attended the exhibition.

The exhibition will continue until May 31.
